Copacetic (“Copacetic”, ‘CopaceticSound” “we”, “us” or ”our”) provides access to information about our musical performing group via the website “copaceticsound.com (“site”). The intent is to connect with fans, followers and the curious by providing content specific to our music and our musical performances.  CopaceticSound understands the importance of privacy and data protection. In this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) we describe how CopaceticSound handles the information we collect about visitors to our website, www.copaceticsound.com and from others who communicate with us about the site.

When visitors sign up or subscribe to our site, we collect their name and email address, only. Providing this information is necessary to receive news and updates about from the group.  This subscription is optional, users do not need to sign up to access or use the site. Submitting your name and email is an acknowledgement of this privacy policy and confirmation of your wish to receive notices, news, updates and announcements from the site (copaceticsound.com).
